Ukraine Cabinet Resolution No. 1069 on approval of the list of types of products in respect of which public market supervision authorities exercise state market supervision dated December 28, 2016

This resolution contains the types of products in respect of which the state market supervision is performed (the sphere of responsibility of the state market supervision body) as well as the names of the regulatory legal acts that apply to the certain type of product and the name of the relevant state market supervision body overseeing the industry.
