The conformity assessment procedure is divided into several modules. The manufacturer or importer is given a choice based on its capabilities and scope of activity which module to apply to carry out the conformity assessment. Each module has its own list of documents and procedure.
The document also specifies the rules of the use of conformity assessment modules, which are used to develop conformity assessment procedures (hereinafter referred to as modules), which were approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 95dated January 13, 2016, to develop conformity assessment procedures.
These rules are not applied in the development of draft technical regulations containing conformity assessment procedures or references to them based on acts of EU legislation.
