The introduction into circulation of products subject to technical regulations (TR) is possible provided:
The manufacturer of the product or his authorized representative - a resident of Ukraine must issue Declaration of Conformity according to of the Technical Regulations. The declaration of conformity must contain references to the relevant national standards.
Certification Center has a powerful material and technical base for testing to confirm product compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents, taking into account national characteristics.
The declaration of conformity and the technical documentation must be kept by the manufacturer or his authorized representative for at least 10 years after the last product was produced.
According to Law of Ukraine "On State Market Supervision and Control non-food products" verification of compliance with the requirements of technical regulations is carried out by state market supervision bodies. Article 23 of this Law determines that if a business entity provides expert opinions, product test reports or certificates of conformity issued by accredited conformity assessment bodies, market surveillance authorities take these documents into account when conducting product performance checks.
A positive result of product conformity confirmation at the Certification Center UCRF is a sufficient proof of its compliance with the requirements of technical regulations.
Attention! State market supervision, in the exercise of its powers, pays special attention to Declarations of Conformity that are not endorsed by Type examination certificate issued by a conformity assessment authority.
If a non-compliance is established, economic sanctions are applied to suppliers, which far exceed the cost of work to confirm the conformity of products with the involvement of UCRF as a third party.

Regarding the reduction, suspension or cancellation of conformity assessment (certification)
- If, as a result of surveillance or otherwise, a non-compliance with the certification requirements is found, UCRF considers and decides on the appropriate action.
NOTE: Appropriate actions may include the following:
a) continuation of the certification under the condition determined by the certification body (for example, unscheduled control)
b) reducing the scope of certification to remove nonconforming products;
c) suspension of certification for the period of corrective actions taken by the client;
d) cancellation of certification.
- If the relevant action covers assessments, data analysis, or certification decisions, then conformity assessment (certification) must be re-assessed according to the chosen scheme.
- If the certification is stopped (at the request of the client), suspended or withdrawn, UCRF takes the actions specified by the certification scheme and makes all necessary changes to the official documents for certification, public information, permissions for the use of marks, etc., in order to to ensure that no reference is made that the product remains certified. If the scope of certification is reduced, UCRF takes measures determined by the certification scheme and makes the necessary changes to official documents on certification, public information, permissions for the use of marks, and the like. UCRF informs the client in writing about all actions taken and clearly indicates in official certification documents and in public information.
- Any assessments, data analysis or decision making necessary to decide whether to suspend conformity assessment (certification) or those actions required by the certification scheme are carried out in accordance with applicable procedures.
- If certification has been renewed after suspension, UCRF will make all necessary changes to official certification documents, public information, mark permissions, etc., to ensure that there are all relevant references that the product continues to be certified. If the decision to reduce the scope of certification was accepted as a condition for renewal, UCRF makes all necessary changes to official documents on certification, public information, permissions for the use of marks, etc. to ensure that the reduced scope of certification is explicitly communicated to the client and clearly defined in official certification documents and public information.
