This Rules define:
The procedure for notification of changes in the data specified in the documents attached to the application for issuing a permit for the operation of radio electronic devices and emitters;
This Rules apply to all legal entities and individuals (including nonresidents), private entrepreneurs who plan to operate or operate radio electronic devices and emitters in public radio frequency bands.
Conclusion on the electromagnetic compatibility of the immovable radio electronic devices and emitters is provided by the State Enterprise Ukrainian State Centre of Radio Frequencies (UCRF) based on the results of examining the electromagnetic compatibility of the declared radio electronic devices and emitters, and, if necessary, the corresponding harmonization and international coordination of declared frequencies and emission characteristics.
