This Procedure, developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine" On Radio Frequency Spectrum of Ukraine (No. 1770-14) (hereinafter - the Law) (Attention! This Law will be suspended on January 01, 2022, due to the entry into force of the new Law of Ukraine On Electronic Communications 1089-IX ) defines the procedure for organizing and implementing acceptance tests at the site of operation of radio-electronic devices and emitters planned for operation by general users in the radio frequency bands of general use.
This Procedure applies to Ukrainian State Centre of Radio Frequencies(UCRF) , legal entities and individuals who plan to operate radio-electronic devices and emitters, and other business entities that carry out acceptance tests of radio-electronic devices and emitters at the place of operation, measuring their radiation parameters and technical characteristics.
