A power of attorney from a manufacturer is a document that confirms that this or that organization officially represents the interests of the manufacturer on the territory of Ukraine.
Thereby certifying the ability to eliminate any problems or disputes that arose during the conformity assessment stage Technical regulations , in the shortest possible time and assumes full responsibility for the products imported by him into the territory of Ukraine.
Quite often, the manufacturer is not the customer of the Certificate, but the representative or importer does it for him. For this reason, a document is required certifying that the manufacturer agrees to represent his interests in state, public and other bodies and organizations, before legal entities and individuals on issues related to conformity assessment and the introduction of the manufacturer's products (equipment) into circulation on the territory of Ukraine .
Perform the necessary actions specified by the requirements of the Technical Regulations for Radio Equipment, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 24.05.2017 No. 355 (TR R) related to the conformity assessment and the introduction of the manufacturer's products (equipment) into circulation on the territory of Ukraine.
It is also necessary to identify non-compliance of products with technical regulations from a particular manufacturer and the possibility of banning the import and distribution of these products on the territory of Ukraine by state authorities.
And in case of serious violations or litigation, the manufacturer will be held liable directly.
