This Technical Regulation establishes the requirements for the protection of the protection of health and safety of persons and of domestic animals and the protection of property and an adequate level of electromagnetic compatibility of low-voltage electrical equipment for placing it on the Ukrainian market.

This Technical Regulation establishes the requirements for radio equipment that is supplied on the market and is put into operation in Ukraine, regardless of the form of delivery, including the sale of radio equipment remotely.

In accordance with Article 1, Article 14, Article 25, Article 26, Article 29 and Article 291 of the Law of Ukraine "On the radio frequency spectrum of Ukraine" ,(Attention! This Law will be suspended on January 01, 2022, due to the entry into force of the new Law of Ukraine On Electronic Communications 1089-IX )

The Law establishes the legal basis for the use of the radio frequency spectrum of Ukraine, determines the powers of the state in relation to the conditions for the use of the radio frequency spectrum of Ukraine, the rights, obligations and responsibilities of public authorities exercising control and regulation in this area, and individuals and legal entities using and / or intending to use the radio frequency spectrum of Ukraine.
